12 June 2016 I have filled return of AY 12-13 with due refund ₹30000 . As I had wrongly file TDS paid detail as follows:-
1 . Firm A - ₹2000
2. Firm B - ₹25000
But correct one is 1. Firm A- ₹25000. 2.Firm B - ₹2000
How to make it correct now?
As due to this I actually did not get Full refund.I get only ₹7000(excluding interest amt.)
Please, Help to solve this problem.

12 June 2016 As date of filling return AY12-13 was 29-August-2012 . Is this is too late or before due date. Is there any problem relating to the filing date and rectification filing?

12 June 2016 No order of rectification can be passed after the expiry of 4 years from the end of the financial year in which order sought to be rectified was passed. The period of 4 years is from the date of order sought to be rectified and not 4 years from original order. Hence, if an order is revised, set aside, etc., then the period of 4 years will be counted from the date of such fresh order and not from the date of original order.

In my opinion you are allowed to rectify the order you received from return as 4 years may not expired,..

Just get order you required to ammend( check out refund advice intimation u received from income tax dept) and do rectification online for the respective order

13 June 2016 pls check your return it may possible. the your income is exceeds the exempt limit and tax liability will set off by the deppt from your tds amount. if this is not exit then file rectification u/s 154.
