06 February 2016 One of my clients had not filled return for A.Y. 2012-13 & A.Y. 2013-14 but he wants now to file the same ...how can he file the same now???

He can file return u/s 119(2)(b) by filing petition with CIT.for seeking condonation of delay along with manual return,--bt this is possible only incase assesse have refund of income tax or loss under business/profession.

Not possible to file return in other cases as time to file belated return expired,
