Return of AY 14-15 not filed.
Can we file return now and claim refund.

Before this March 31,2016 you can file the return for this AY 2014-15. After that it is not possible. So you can file it.

As per Section 139(4) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, belated return can be filed within one year from the end of relevant Assessment Year, in your case, return for AY 14-15 can be filed till 31st March’2016 and refund can be claimed.
