21 March 2016 There is income from other source in AY 14-15. TDS was deducted. Return of AY 14-15 not filed. Can we file return now and claim refund. whether refund will be granted?

26 March 2016 As per Section 139(4) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, belated return can be filed within one year from the end of relevant Assessment Year, in your case, return for AY 14-15 can be filed till 31st March’2016 and refund can be claimed.
