09 December 2011 An article was going to file a normal nil return of stipund and some accounting service for rs 35000. but by mistake he has filed a return of 95000.
My question is that - will there be any problem from icai side because he is an article.I think there will be no problem as he an article can do part time job at evening for any salary. plz reply soon..........
