12 December 2010 Suppose there is a Practicing Advocate. His Daughter is doing CA Course. and she wants to File a return of others. Is it Possible to put board outside Fathers office sayng that return filing is also accepted by that advocate and can she with the help of fathers name file return of others???

12 December 2010 A C.A. Student who is under the training with another chartered accountants cannot engage herself in any other job or occupation. However, if she only wants to help her father in sharing some knowledge or technology there is no bar.

If the C.A. Student is not undergoing through the training period then, in my opinion but i am not sure, she can be engaged in other occupations.

12 December 2010 Agree with Deepak Gupta but incase of any mistake occurs, the CA student who helped his father cannot be held responsible instead his father who is adovacate will be responsible for the same.
