11 May 2014 I wanna file itr for my salary income but the employer hasn't provided tds certificate yet. Also I hv refund tax balance. How to file Itr widout Tds certificate... pls advice

11 May 2014 Check the TDS credit against your PAN from 26AS. Make sure TDS for last quarter is appearing in 26AS. If TDS for last quarter is there than you can file return claiming this TDS amount.

11 May 2014 it is advisable that you wait for the tds certificate before filing the return. if you dont wish to wait, file it on the basis of salary slips.
