Sir if i have no taxable income,then wat is last date for filing return..is there any penalty..

Pl tell me the source of income. If engaged in business or profession, give the figure of Turnover/Gross receipt.

There is no need to file the Return of Income. However, you may file ur return on ITR-1, if still opt to file the return. There is no penalty till 31.03.2009.
