My Uncle missed last year Income Tax Retune F.Y.: 2009-2010 A.Y.:2010-2011 His Business Profit 145840/- So, Current year My Uncle filed his Income Tax Retune through E-filling or Manual, Please Guide me. Or IT department charged any Penalty

Hi,
If income from all sources is Rs.145840, then he need not to file his return. Even if you want to file, it is advisable to file online i.e.efiling.
