04 May 2017 our company have 3 director i.e. A, B and C and their date of appointment is 01/04/2013, 06/08/2010 and 06/08/2010 respectively. In F.Y. 2015-16 B who was liable for retire by rotation re-appointed by members in agm.
Now my doubt is who will be liable for retire by rotation in upcoming agm?

04 May 2017 in your case C will be liable to retire by rotation. In your case between A & C , C have been longest in office since his last appointment

05 May 2017 A was reappointed in FY2014-15
B was reappointed in FY 2015- 16

In your case C will be liable to retire by rotation since C has been longest in service
