What about FTE form and which form is used for re-submission Form -67 or GLN-4, in case of FTE form re-submission.

Form 67 is not in force as a corollary to notification [ F.No. 01/16/2013/(Part-I) CL-V] dated 24-02-2015 hence GNL-4 may be used if re-submission needs an 'addendum'.
