please provide me the resolution for authorising the director to sign in his rubber stamp--vakalatnama and all other related court documents in a suit filed against the company

AUTHORISATION FOR SIGNING VAKALATNAMA
The Board was apprised of the need to authorise someone to represent the company in connection with any legal proceedings by or against the company in the Small Cause Courts/ High Court or before any other Government authority, Tribunal and/or local authorities and to sign all papers, applications, plaints, petitions, vakalatnama, affidavits and all other documents for the purpose mentioned above. Hence the following resolution was passed unanimously:
“RESOLVED THAT Mr. ......, Authorised Representative of the Company be and is hereby authorized to sign all papers, applications, plaints, petitions, vakalatnama, affidavits and all other documents as may be required to be filed in the High Court of Bombay in connection with any legal proceedings by or against the company and to represent the Company in all other matters incidental thereto as may be considered necessary and expedient in the matter of ........ and others Vs. ..... India & others, wherein ..... Pvt. Ltd. is Respondent No. 11.
