28 June 2011 we r an unregistered partnership firm since Sept'10 we want to amend some clauses of the agreement effective 30.6.2011 . plz let us know if it is to be done on stamp paper or on firm letter pad

28 June 2011 According to me in case of Partnership Firm any amendment is done by the way mention in the deed of partnership.

So you can modify any of the clause as specified in the deed.
