There are four directors in a company, one director resigned from board does he require to file along with eForm 32 any resolution.

Hi
The Company will file Form-32 with attachment of resignation letter of concern director and no need to attach any resolution for the resignation of director. Form-32 will be filed with in 30 days from the date of resignation with ROC.
