Could you please advise me what are legal formalities for resignation the director from the register pvt ltd company.

29 December 2013 1. the resignation shall be effective the date of the resignation unless there is provision in AOA or terms of appointment mentioning acceptance by company necessary for resignation to be affective.

2. Once resignation is tendered, the company needs to File Form 32 informing ROC.
