26 February 2014 Sorry the date of resignation is 29th January, 2014..

21 July 2025 In this case, Form DIR-11 (which is the resignation form for an officer in default under Companies Act, 2013) must be filed within 30 days from the date of resignation — i.e., from 29th January 2014.

The Board Meeting date (13th February 2014) when the resignation was taken on record is important for the company’s internal records, but for compliance with MCA, the timeline to file DIR-11 starts from the actual date of resignation submitted by the officer, not the board meeting date.

Summary:
Date of resignation: 29 Jan 2014

Due date to file DIR-11: 28 Feb 2014 (within 30 days of resignation date)

Board meeting date (13 Feb) is for noting the resignation but does not affect the filing deadline.
