Reset-income tax e-filling password

I have forgot my security question to reset password for e-filing a income tax return and also forgot my password,so, I need help how to activate my account and get password to file a e-return...and also i don't know registered email address and now no option for acknowledgement base pw reset option..wt can i do know.

In such a case you will have to call CPC Bangalore. They may be able to help you out.
