RESOLVED THAT the consent of the Board of Directors be and is hereby given to close the Current Bank Account No. _________ with HDFC Bank Limited, ___________, and to transfer the existing amount held with HDFC Bank Limited, ___________,to the new Bank M/s AXIS Bank Limited,_____________ and to take necessary actions to give effect of such transfer.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any director be and is hereby authorised to sign, file and submit any form or documents relating to the transfer and/ or closing the above account.
