Rent a cab services under RCM or not? In Service tax regime, recipient has to discharge such payment . Is it same under GST or any modification into it? Kindly enlighten on this matter with your valuable input.

That means recipient is not liable to pay under RCM for rent a cab service availed from Individual or Partnership? I am talking about Traders, Manufacturer or service provider as recipient of service of such rent a cab.
