24 April 2015 a)Can a private limited company pay remuneration to NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR under companies act 2013 ?b) whether section 197 of the companies act 2013 applies to private limited company? IF NO, THEN WHETHER REMUNERATION TO DIRECTORS IN A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY CAN BE PAID WITHOUT ANY LIMITS ?
