We are a Pvt. Ltd. company, having turnover of approx. 30 Cr. can we pay total remuneration to all the directors of company of Rs. 1 cr.
Is there any cap. on remuneration to director of PVT. LTD. CO.
Pls provide guidance .

there is not any restriction on remuneration paid to director by pvt ltd company.
