19 August 2012 In Pvt.Ltd. co. a director is holding position as Jt.M.D. and full time director in that company & remuneration is paid. He is also director in other Pvt.Ltd. co. My question is: Whether he can take remuneration in other company.

Yes, he can take remuneration from two companies, please read Schedule XIII of the Companies Act, 1956.

Companies Act, 1956 not restrict to pay remuneration to director from more than one company.
