remuneration as profit sharing

28 May 2011 Dear Sir,

I am CEO of a pvt ltd co and as per my terms of employment I am entitled to a share of profit (Ebitda - Expenses - Capex) on monthly basis, drawable on 10th of subsequent month. How will my income be treated and what will be the Income tax implications?
