i want to know that
1. period before the PCE EXAM. is 15 months or 18 months ?
2. can a person registered in mp complete articleship in other state ? if yes then what is the procedure ?
please suggest me , i will be very thankful to him/her.

Yes, by taking transfer from one principal to other principal.
If working under same principal also, its not an issue.
