Notes to accounts means the facts circumstances dealing with certain figures which may help the reader to understand the state of affairs and derive a conclusion therefrom. These may have potential information and clarification which may help the others in making a decision for Investment or entering into an agreement. Some of the notes are mandatory in nature while the others are clarificatory.
