29 April 2014 i have a Query that ..i have deducted a tds of employee to rs. 4000 for the Fy 13-14 ,bt fail to claim rebate of Rs. 2000/- does the balance amount would be refunded during filling income tax return ?? if not,than what should be done ?

Yes, employee can claim refund by filing income tax return.

In form 16 (salary certificate) to be issued by the employer, also it will show amount refundable Rs.XXXX.
