what is difference between REGISTERED SHAREHOLDER AND BENIFICIARY SHARE HOLDER.

a registered shareholder is the one who owns shares in his own name in certificate or in bookentry form and the beneficiary shareholder is the shareholder who enjoys the benefits of ownership but the title is held by the custodian or bank nominee.

I addition to above a registered shareholder is a one whose name is entered in the register of member of the company.
