VAT paid on procurement for capital goods by an EPCG unit can be availed for setting the the vat liability on sales of goods.
Please clarify ASAP.

The VAT deduction / credit for the VAT paid on eleigible machinery wouldbe available even if one is under the EPCG scheme as long as the VAT has been charged in the bill.
