25 August 2012 I want to apply for Registration of Service Tax.. i needed to know that what documents would i need to attach with Service Tax Registration form??????

And tell me also that what is fee for applying for Service Tax Registration???

I am applying in Delhi..

Please someone explain me in detail..

25 August 2012 1. Self Attested copy of PAN Card of Applicant.
2.Document in respect of proof of residence of proprietor/ partners where applicant is proprietory/partnership.
3.Partnership Deed in case of Partnership Firm. MOA, AOA and certificate of incorporation in case of companies.
4.Document for proof of address of premises soughtto be registered
e.g.(i). Telephone Bill
(ii) Electricity Bill
(iii) Lease Agreement etc.
5. Original Power of Attorney in case ST-1 is signedby an authorised signatory.
6. Original authority letter (on the letterhead of the organisation applying for registration) in favor of the person who is to collect the registration certificate.
No fees to government for ST registration.
