Dear frinds
I have registered myself for CA-final in April2008 but till today i have not received my I-card for it i made call in kanpur but they have said they send it
so what should i do in this matter...

Apply for duplicate by writing the letter. If possible route this letter to CIRC Office. i.e. if you are in Kanpur visit there. Otherwise whichever office is available in your city will route it to Kanpur.
