Can we utilized Input Credit taken on Sales Commission for payment of output service tax Liablity for services provided under Man power services in a manufacturing Co.

Sales is not an input service for manufacturing hence input credit can't be taken.

ABC p Ltd. is a manufacturing Co. which manufactured goods and also provide Manpower services to others. after manufacture of goods we sale it and paid sales commission to the agent who gives us invoice of Service Tax. Can we utilise the Input service tax paid by us to the agent for sales commission for payment of Output liability of Man power services we provide to others.

That service tax paid is for sale of your product no cenvat credit can be claimed on it.

It is not for manufacturing activity so can't be utilized for payment of excise duty.
