Regarding to peanlty and interest of non payment of tax

i had filed income tax Return for the AY 2011-12. on 18/30/2013 with taxable income 176400/- but due to some reason we had not paid tax on 16400( excess on slab 1600000/- )
and income tax department raised demand on Rs 2010/-. please tell me description of RS 2010 of demand how it is calculate?
