regarding termination?

08 January 2009 hi sir i want to take termination 4m my boss because he is saying me to go to audit on 2'0clock n by the time iam reaching home it is 11'0clock .what should i do to take termination sir ?i have served him 4 six months sir?along with form 109, i should submit form 102,103,112.is it true sir ?n what can i do if he wont give me termination sir?pls answer sir .thank u advance.

08 January 2009 First find another CA. Then request your Sir to terminate your services by signing Form No.109 in three copies. One for ICAI, one for him and another for you. Then show the copy to the new Principal and fill 102 and 103 again. You will get credit for your articleship.
If you want to leave urgently then you have 30 days time after termination to sign the articleship.
