Dear, Assessee(individual) In audit for last 3 Years and in current year assessee pay amount to contractor for Personal home construction, than assessee required to deduct TDS on amount pay to contractor??????
Your Answer will change if pay for factory construction ????

if payment is for personal use no TDS but if payment is for the purpose of business then TDS under income tax as well as TDS under VAT is applicable too.
