in the case of transfer of shares if an old shares transfer between 2 person then which share certificate should be mentioned in share transfer deed (Form 7B)?????????????

Hi
If you are intended to transfer shares to two peoples of one share certificate containing number of shares. I will suggest you make a request to company for splitting of old share certificate in to two share certificate with number of shares as you want to transfer.
After receiving application, the company will split the same into 2 share certifiacte. thereafter you will fill the details in Form-7B.

but i want to know about which share certificate Number should be mentioned in share transfer deed whether Old share certificate No. or New share certificate No.
