Hello Everyone,
My query is about service tax reverse charge. A Pvt Ltd Company has taken services from a Law firm, Now I want to know whether the service tax reverse charge is applicable when making payment to the same.

If the Pvt Ltd Co. is a business entity then service tax under reverse charge applicable when making payment to law firm.

Also, the company is establishing so that not engaged in any of the services like this, please tell, also how to know the company is business entity or not?

Any entity established for earning profit is a business entity.

It means service tax reverse charge is applicable for the pvt ltd company already taken the services from an advocates firm.
