Dear all
A pvt. ltd. comp. has given his plant to a individual for production of feeds & received
production charges on the basis of qty produced(i.e Rs. 1250 per ton).
please let me know any service tax liability arises on comp.
& if yes what will be the %(abatement)

No abatement, service tax payable if total value of services provided during the year exceeds 10 lacs.
