If X is the employee working in two mnc for the previous i,e. 9months in A and 3 in another company.in return the total salary received which amount is should be taken into consideration, both r single

you need to take for full 12 months and of both employer.

Then for the second employor treats that 3 months is below tax limit for that he fails to deduct the tds then what we do

You have to furnish the previous salary drawn details to the current employer. The current employer taking in account previous salary calculate the tax and make TDS for the current salary.

If u dont disclose the first income to the second company , it may be poasible that they will take slab of basic exemption limit again. So u will have to pay more tax in the end as the tds deducted will be less...
