Dear Sir,
I Have filled Return for AY 2015-16 after due date & Send ITR Through Post ( Not Registered Post) Before 120 days, but it was not showing received so i again send it via registered post but it reched after 120 days, so now they are not processing ITR.
1. Now weather i should file return again by treating this return as invalid return ? (Still nothing is communicated about return is valid or invalid or rejected)
2. I Should File Physical Return in my ward ?
3. i Should wait for department to allow some more days to send itr copy.
