Regarding rd petition

Dear Experts,
We are all aware of the fact the vide a recent circular effective from 12/08/2012, the Ministry had transferred the power to condone the delay in filing the particulars of charge from the CLB to RD.
In this scenario, I have filed a petition with the RD relating to condonation of delay in filing particulars of modification of charge on 25/08/2012.
I am tracking the status of the form for the past 1 month and it is been shown as "PENDING FOR ACTION".
Kindly let me know, when can i expect the same to be approved ?
Also clarify me whether there is any need to send the petition physically to the RD ?
Since e-filing mode in available with the RD, i thought it out to be not necesssary.

Yes the process has been changed. Now no need to file any physical petition. The matter will be time consuming as the RD would take report of ROC then on such basis provide any order or call for hearing.
You have to contact with the RD office as well for the same.

Hope so... i advise you to contact RD office and get your matter approved at the earliest.
