can we eligible for claim ITC in F.Y. 21-22??

30 December 2022 Its depend on whether you have booked & claimed ITC of this all invoices up to notified date of FY 2020-21, i.e. If you had booked & availed this ITC on or before 30 Sep 2021 then you are eligible to claim this ITC in GSTR-3B of respective period.
