Previous year F.Y. 20-21 purchase bill booked in F.Y.21-22 and ITC claimed in F.Y. 21-22, and that bill shown in 8A of F.Y. 20-21
can we eligible for claim ITC in F.Y. 21-22??

Its depend on whether you have booked & claimed ITC of this all invoices up to notified date of FY 2020-21, i.e. If you had booked & availed this ITC on or before 30 Sep 2021 then you are eligible to claim this ITC in GSTR-3B of respective period.
