What would be the possible cutoff mark for attatining a rank in CA PCC NOV 2008 EXAMS.........

Around 65%. i.e. 600*65/100 = 390 marks (Depending on the results).

360 will be sufficient.

But it depends on the performance of the students in a particular exam. Some times 380 may also not be sufficient.
