I wish to register a company but my CA says that company name cannot start from word "Equity". Please suggest is there any clause for the same.

as far as i am concerned., your ca is right ., as the word equity is related to Security instruments and it cannot be at the initials of the company., but it can be end of the name ... some of companies like
balaji equities....zen equities etc.
