14 May 2016 experts, my father has a plot in the name of my mother..my mother has no pan no..while filing the income tax return of my father is it necessary to show the plot in return which is on the name of my mother..plz reply

14 May 2016 This type of Information is not to shown in ITR. In Income Tax return details of income is filed. In future if your mother sold it or give it to rent than it will be to show in her ITR.
