I am starting a new business of selling garment on e market. I am buying the product from a dealer who is not giving me a bill and I will sell it online on e-commerce websites. So how should I deal with it and how should I show the tax and other stuffs.

When you are purchasing goods from unregistered supplier no invoices it to be made as the payment of tax under RCM when procured from unregistered supplier has been deffered till 30.06.18.However when you are selling it through E-commerce you have to issue tax invoice with appropriate GST.
