Regarding consultant service tax return

30 November 2013 I am working as a Consultant in a private construction company.So,now they are deducting my service tax from my salary, so am I file a return.?Pls suggest me .

30 November 2013 only if ur income is more then 10 laks then only service tax is payable by u.

they must be deducting tds and not service tax from salary.
