I have Filed Form 1A & Selected 3 names
1). Mahesh Textiles Pvt Ltd
2). Mamta Designers Pvt Ltd
3). Ala Moda Textiles Pvt Ltd

But the form was required submission by mentioning the reason

" all names are closely resemble, furnish fresh names. Form should be resubmitted by 05/01/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)"

Please guide in the concern matter

"All name closely resemble" means the name you have applied is already registered by others so this name not be available foe you.

Now you will file another Form-1A with other new names which are not similar with other existing name. This Form-1A will be resubmitted with the using of old SRN and no need to pay any fee for re-submission.

Such re-submission will be made till the date of January 05, 2013 with concern ROC.
