Regarding - cash payment limit of transporter in on days

Respected sir,
Daily 2-3 truck material dispatch by our company. we have cash paid to transporter on each truck 40000-45000 in cash in one days but voucher show in book below 35000/- in per day. what company can cash paid to the transporter as per income tax,because transporter payment not received by cheque, he cash received on daily basis truck load on each billty.
sir please tell us cash payment limit of transporter.

Rs 35000 is the limit per day for transporter.

what company can cash paid to transporter in all financial year because transporter not received cheque. he cash received on daily basis truck load, what no problem as per income tax.

Any cash payment in excess of 35000 per day per transporter will not be claimed as deduction under IT Act.
