19 September 2011 My article ship timing is 9-5 p.m 6days and 48 hrs a week, and as per ICAI guidelines the max hrs in 35. also i had excess leave of 4 mnths. my query is whether the latter can be set off against the former???

19 September 2011 Yes. but practically none of the Ca would allow this but still you can ask for the same as it is completely valid with only condition that you have maintain complete record of your working hour on daily basis.
