could anyone tellme that i have completed more than 15 months training but unfortunately my ca is no more and i have to appear in pcc exams may 09 can i appear in may 09 without registering to any other CA.

Sorry to hear this. You have to immediately meet/personally talk on the telephone at the ICAI RO under your region. They will take the death certificate (if not filed) of the late Principal. Then they will verify your records and give you 30 days time to register under other CA. Your services till his death will be considered. Rest will be under new CA. You will be allowed to appear under the new CA. Preferably register immediately.
