11 January 2009 dear sir, I had completed my articleship training (from 13/04/07 to 13/08/08)including leave of 90 days for my various exams and I was eligible for the November 2008 PCC exams but due to some technical problems i could'nt sit for my exams and after that i left going to article ship and after a few days when I reached to my CA (on 10th january 2009) he was angry about that the fact and he is now not willing to singn in the examination form for the May 2009 exams.He is now saying to take transfer and he is only keen to give a ertificate of service for the "net period served" and nothing more than that. and if i accept that i would'nt be able to give exams in may 2009 also please suggest some remedy . and also suggest that could i switch on to new IPCC course

13 January 2009 You can switch over to IPCC. In that case you will have to complete the Level and sign the articleship. First apologise to your Principal for not appearing and convince him for taking you back. Transfer is not the solution.
